Harassment-Free Environment
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated within GCGPC. This includes but is not limited to:
• Verbal or physical abuse
• Intimidation or threats
• Derogatory comments, slurs, or jokes
• Unwelcome touching or attention
• Retaliation for reporting discrimination or harassment
All incidents of harassment or discrimination will be taken seriously and addressed promptly and confidentially.
Reporting and Accountability
GCGPC encourages any individual who experiences or witnesses discrimination or harassment to report the incident to a member of the Executive Board or designated Equity Officer. Reports may be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
All complaints will be reviewed and investigated in a fair and impartial manner, and appropriate corrective actions will be taken, when necessary, which may include removal from events or suspension of membership privileges.
