WGI is seeking qualified candidates for the WGI Event Staff Training Program. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to shadow the various positions on our regional and World Championship event teams. More information about the responsibilities of each position, required documents, and the application link can be found below.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of active circuit-level experience in the applicable role.
- At least 1-3 years of volunteer experience at WGI World Championships and/or regional events.
- Open availability to work throughout the WGI season.
- Knowledge of WGI’s rules, systems, and/or processes as related to the role.
- Moderate to strong computer skills. Experience with Competition Suite is a plus.

All candidates looking to join the program for the 2027 season must submit an application to WGI by May 31, 2026. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the training program by July 1, 2026.
